What stage do you invest in?
Early. Mostly pre-seed and seed, when a great team matters more than a long track record.
How does OVC invest?
Through our network. More than 30 entrepreneurs invest alongside us, deal by deal. When you pitch OVC, you pitch a room full of people who have built companies themselves.
Which sectors do you focus on?
Space, insurance, security, and dual-use technology. If you’re building something outstanding outside these areas, pitch us anyway.
Where do you invest?
Founded in Oslo, investing across Europe. Most of our network is based in Germany.
How much do you typically invest?
Our typical ticket is €100k–250k. Since every deal is funded by our network, the final amount depends on how much interest our members have in your company.
Do you lead rounds?
No. We join rounds alongside other investors, and invest strategically where our niche network adds the most value. That means more than capital: we work as closely with each team as they need to help them scale.
What do you offer beyond capital?
20 years of investing, 28 companies backed, network, and hands-on support from entrepreneurs who know what building a company takes.
What happens after I pitch?
We read every submission. If there’s a fit, we invite you to an intro call, and from there we introduce your company to our network.
