Pitch Submissions – When you submit a pitch, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, your answers to our questions, and any documents you upload, such as your pitch deck, cap table or financial plan.

Communications – If you contact us, we may keep records of our conversations.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for:
Reviewing and assessing pitch submissions.
Contacting you regarding your submission.
Improving our website and operations.
We process this data based on our legitimate interest in assessing investment opportunities, and on your request to be considered for investment.
Who we Share It With
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Tally (forms), Notion (data storage) and Framer (website hosting). Some of these may store data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We never sell your personal data.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, and we only keep your personal data for as long as we need it.
How long that is depends on the outcome of your pitch and is assessed case by case:
If we don't invest: we keep your pitch submission, uploaded documents and related communications only for as long as we need them to assess your company and stay in touch about future opportunities. After that, we delete them.
If we invest: we keep the data needed to manage the investment and to meet the legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to our investment vehicles, for as long as those obligations require. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will do so within one month, except for records we are legally required to keep.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct or delete your data.
Restrict or object to how we use your data. Receive a copy of your data.
