Konfidens, founded in Oslo by Aleksander Erichsen, Tomas Fagerbekk and Morten Noddeland, is building the platform that connects both sides and makes care easier to deliver.

Konfidens brings everything a mental health practice needs into one system: scheduling, patient management, documentation and communication. Alongside it, a marketplace helps people find the therapist who is right for them. AI takes care of routine work, so clinicians can spend more of their time where it matters: with their patients.
